annie sent me this picture, courtesy of her cell phone, from chicago (i think). apparently the mug she is holding is from a restaurant in carmel, ca. i asked her to steal it for me...her reply: 'DONE!'

air mail

got a package in the mail a week ago from london.

when i was in my favorite store caravan style, i fell in love with these flying birds but was afraid they would break on my way home.

well they flew in via air mail and are now at home over my kitchen bar

and bed. a copy of emily's beautiful book table inspirations was also thrown in. yay!
